1. CO2 FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

Fast, efficient and adaptable to a wide range of hazards, carbon dioxide fire suppression systems protect a variety of commercial and industrial facilities. This system smothers protected areas with a heavy blanket of CO2 to decrease the oxygen level so combustion cannot happen.

Eleven Construction designsinstalls and repairs CO2 systems for a variety of industrial and commercial industries, including power generation, metal production and processing, printing electronics/computer production, research facilities and marine systems.
UNIQUE FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

  • Fast – Within seconds, CO2penetrates entire hazard areas to smother fires.
  • Environmentally friendly – CO2exists as a gas in the Earth’s atmosphere. A by-product of combustion, its use has no environmental impact.
  • Non-damaging – CO2is a clean agent fire protection system, does not cause spoilage, requires no cleanup and leaves no residue.
  • Nonconductive – Because it does not produce electricity, CO2can be used for a wide variety of special applications.
  • Adaptive – CO2is effective on a wide range of flammable and combustible materials.

2. DELUGE PIPE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM

Deluge fire sprinkler systems feature open-type sprinkler heads attached to a dry pipe that is connected to a main water supply. Using an innovative detection system that recognizes smoke or heat, this fire suppression installation activates a valve that releases water to all sprinklers.

ECPL designsinstalls and repairs deluge pipe fire sprinkler systems for a variety of companies that operate high-hazard industrial and commercial applications, including power plants, chemical processing facilities and places where high-volume, high-velocity suppression is essential to stop fire from spreading.

Similar to pre-action pipe fire sprinkler systems, deluge sprinkler systems include open-type sprinkler heads and pipes without air pressurization. However, rather than requiring individual sprinkler heads to release water when the system discharges, deluge systems emit water from every sprinkler. This rush of water is designed to quickly smother all varieties of chemical and mechanical fires, increasing personnel and property safety.

3. DRY PIPE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM

IDEAL FOR ENVIRONMENTS PRONE TO FREEZING
Specifically designed for buildings susceptible to freezing, dry pipe sprinkler systems feature automatic and closed-type sprinkler heads connected to pipes filled with pressurized air or nitrogen. The compressed air holds a remote valve, known as a dry pipe valve, in a closed position to prevent water from entering the pipe. When heat activates one or more sprinklers, the compressed air in the pipe is released, and its pressure decreases, opening the dry pipe valve and allowing water to flow through open sprinklers.

Ideal environments for dry pipe fire sprinkler systems include:

  • industrial warehouses
  • retail and residential parking garages
  • loading docks
  • commercial freezers
  • residential attics

At ECPL, we designinstall and repair dry pipe fire suppression systems for a variety of companies, including those operating industrial warehouses, retail parking garages, loading docks and commercial freezers. Our team is also experienced in combining dry and wet pipe fire sprinkler systems in settings where only a few sections lack heat.

Let ECPL be your solutions provider when it comes to all types of fire suppression systems. We are trained and certified to be a life safety self-performing contractor in the country.

FM200 and IGS FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

An alternative to ozone-depleting Halon 1301 fire suppression systems, the FM-200 is among the industry’s leading clean gaseous agent fire suppression systems. Designed to extinguish combustible, flammable liquids and electrical fires in less than 10 seconds, it is the fastest fire protection available. This means less damage, lower repair costs, reduced downtime and, most importantly, added safety for personnel and property.

ECPL designsinstalls and repairs waterless Inert Gas fire suppression systems for a variety of high-hazard commercial and industrial applications, including data processing centers, process control rooms, clean manufacturing facilities, bank vaults, simulators, battery backup rooms and document storage areas.

With an Fire Suppression system from ECPL, you can rest easy knowing that, if your company were to experience a fire, you would be able to immediately resume operations without the interruption of a costly clean up and the expense of asset damage from suppressant residue.

5. FOAM/CHEMICAL FIRE SUPPRESSION

THE SYSTEM THAT CONTROLS BURNING FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS
Eleven Construction provides a turnkey solution for foam/chemical fire suppression systems. This type of fire sprinkler system controls burning flammable liquids and natural gas using a mixture of foam and water. The foam-water mixture cools the fuel surface significantly. It also forms a blanket that prevents oxygen from getting to the fire and suppresses the release of flammable vapors that could ignite in the air.

  • Foam/chemical fire suppression systems are ideal for commercial and industrial applications
  • Used extensively in facilities that have flammable liquid storage.
  • If there’s a fire, we’ll get your system restored and operational quickly

At ECPL, we designinstall and inspect foam/chemical fire suppression systems for a variety of commercial and industrial applications, from LNG storage, LDO HFO storage/manufacturing facilities, refineries and warehouses.

6. IN-RACK SPRINKLER SYSTEM

When you operate a warehouse, a high-quality fire protection system is crucial to protecting your assets. And when your facility houses high-hazard items, such as flammable liquids, paper or exposed plastics, it’s even more important.

We designsinstalls and repairs in-rack fire sprinkler systems to protect racked storage areas, such as cable tunnels, warehouses where early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinkler systems cannot be employed. While these sprinklers will not prevent a fire from starting – in fact, they rely on heat and smoke generated to trigger them – they will help contain the fire to a specific area and extinguish it in a short amount of time.

Installed along a network of piping secured within rack structures, in-rack sprinklers release water into targeted areas, minimizing damage and downtime for the entire facility. With detectors in close proximity to stored materials and equipment, the system continuously monitors for smoke and heat to provide the quickest possible response in the event of a fire. In-rack sprinklers from ECPL are ideal for facilities that use large industrial shelving, because they ensure fires that begin in the middle of the rack can be extinguished before consuming materials on shelves or racks.

7. PRE-ACTION FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM

Pre-action fire sprinkler systems employ the basic concept of a dry pipe fire sprinkler system in that water is not normally contained within the pipes. But rather holding water from piping via pressurized air or nitrogen, pre-action sprinkler systems restrain water with an electrically operated valve, known as a pre-action valve.

ECPL designsinstalls and repairs pre-action pipe fire sprinkler systems for a variety of companies that operate high-hazard industrial and commercial applications, including archival vaults, fine art storage rooms, rare book libraries and computer centers.

The system’s discharge is a two-step process: First, the innovative detection system identifies smoke or heat, which activates a pre-action valve that allows water to flow into piping and effectively creates a wet pipe sprinkler system. Second, individual sprinkler heads release to let water flow onto the fire. This second step provides an added level of protection against inadvertent discharge, which makes pre-action systems ideal for water-sensitive environments.

9. WET PIPE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM

MOST SIMPLISTIC AND RELIABLE FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM

Wet pipe sprinkler systems are the simplest and most common fire suppression method on the market today. They are comprised of pipes that constantly contain pressurized water. When an individual sprinkler in the system is activated by heat from fire, the automatic, closed-type sprinkler head immediately discharges water onto the fire. As more individual sprinkler heads are subsequently activated by heat, they too will discharge water onto the fire until it is controlled or extinguished.

Wet Pipe Sprinkler System Services:

  • Full design and engineering services
  • Installation of systems from start to finish
  • All testing, service and repair available 24 hours a day

Wet pipe fire sprinkler systems can be installed in buildings not susceptible to freezing (i.e., where temperatures are above 40 degrees Fahrenheit). At Eleven Construction, we designinstall and repair wet pipe fire suppression systems for a variety of industries, including industrial, commercial, retail and residential companies. Whether it’s a new project or building retrofit, we provide the project management to take your system from start to finish with minimal interruption to your busy schedule.

10. HYDRANT SYSTEM

Fire Fighting Hydrant Systems are the most commonly used systems, in many residential and industrial projects. If you have ever seen a “Red” colour pipe, circulating around a building or factory, you have seen a Fire Hydrant Pipe. In most news clippings about a fire, you can see a fireman shooting water up to 8stories high or more, that fire man is using the Fire Hydrant System. Such is the power of the Fire Hydrant System that water can be shot right up to 8 floor, directly into the fire.

Fire Hydrant Systems forms the basis, of Fire Protection Systems, without Fire Hydrant System a Fire Protection System cannot be called a Fire Protection System. It will be a superficial system. (With respect to large areas, in general). Fire Hydrant System installation is relatively easy.

ECPL designsinstalls and repairs Fire Hydrant systems for a variety of companies that operate high-hazard industrial and commercial applications, including the thermal power plants, Hydro Power plants, archival vaults, fine art storage rooms.

A special water storage is made where water is stored throughout the year for 365days. This water wstorage is connected to the pump room. From the pump room, there are two to three main pipes. These pipes form a network of pipe that cover the plant compound and the plant. The pump has the work, to continuously filling all the pipes connected with water under pressure. The pressure is nearly 7bar to 10bar.

When a fire is seen by a person, he activates the hydrant system and points it in the direction of the fire. A very strong flow of water now, attacks the fire and the fire is eventually extinguished. The pump continuously pumps the water to maintain the system pressure.

ECPL is certified, trained and experienced in the life safety industry. We are a solutions provider of all types of protection systems. For more information on any of our fire suppression products.
